Hey Everyone! My name is Brittany Deptula, the Owner & Founder of “Premier Virtual Assistant Solutions”. I’m a very proud mommy to my spunky daughter Ashlyn & Engaged to my best friend who is amazing father too!
I started putting my business together as an Entrepreneur at the end of the year of 2016. Taking my time getting my business started allowed me to learned everything I could about Virtual Assistants, what services out of my skills I could offer fellow businesses, and learning to build my own webpage, hoping to be able to help others with their web sites.
My adventure of wanting to be a Virtual Assistant started back when I was unhappy at my last job a few years back. I had started at a hotel as a Front Desk Attendant, which I thought was great to get experience and mover on to a receptionist (something to where I could make more then $8 an hour).
At the time I was pregnant and that didn’t stop me from busting my butt. I did way more then what everyone thinks a Front Desk Attendant does (Answer calls, schedule hotel stays, communicate with Businesses to get their employees constant stays,email,fax,wash/dry/fold Laundry cause the maids didn’t did it we had to, watch over the pool, go to rooms to deliver more towels, clean rooms to get ready for another stay, handle all complaints cause there was no manager on 2nd shift,trained new employees,etc) you get my point….
Well at first I was very appreciated, I loved my job , I had awesome customers who say they returned because of me and always got awesome online reviews. I knew I had a job to go back to after I had my daughter but never saw it on my pay check and had no pay maternity leave. I started hating going to work! I was under paid, over worked, not appreciated, missed all birthday events/ holidays with family all to I was mandated to work.
So I did what most people do & I started looking for a job I could do from home. I wanted to spend more time with my family & have my daughter stay at home. I know the day I looked into day care cost my jaw hit the floor! I literally would be working to pay the day care. What senses did that make?
Here I am now a few years later 29 years old as an Offical Virtual Assistant Entrepreneur 😁 I put in the hard work & took my skills of computers, office admin, social media & friendly personality and turned into a career that I love and enjoy!!
I am now able to help other Entrepreneurs and Business Owners alike. When you feel overwhelmed or need a break I’m here to help!👍 Now I get to work from my home office or anywhere I please, doing the things I enjoy & love most. While my finance works were able to have my 4 yr old daughter stay at home with me, but thankfully my mom helps me with my daughter Ashlyn when I’m working with clients. This allows me to give my attention to my current needs and tasks.
